What is a Festival?
A festival is an event where people with the same interest meet to talk, have fun, perform or see others perform.
The performers earn their food and lodgings (I do hope) through the admission tickets sold.
The overhead and other costs are paid for by the sponsors.
So Tineke and I thought it time we organised such an event in the Netherlands, more specific in our hometown Harderwijk and even more specific, up and around the Vischmarkt.
