THEATRES FROM OTHER COUNTRIES:DENMARK : Priors in Copenhagen is the only other surviving publisher and provider of Toy/Paper Theatre Sheets...and their offerings are truly works of art in every way. It is a well known fact that Hans Christian Andersen was a life-time devotee of Toy Theatre. All children are unique, but he was certainly one of the most unique ever to have lived, and the tiny theatre he enjoyed as a lonely child proved to be an invaluable tool in the creation and development of his many delightful stories. . . stories that have held children of all ages (and all over the world) enchanted for many decades. It is our pleasure to offer several of these scripts complete with beautiful hand-colored sets and figures. . . AND magnificent operating theatres in which to perform them.
